Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Customers must contact us via Instagram DM with proper order details
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if:

• A wrong product is delivered
• The product arrives damaged and unusable

Mandatory Proof for Damaged Products

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory:

• Starting from the sealed outer package
• Clearly showing the damaged product

Without this, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Refund Method

 

• Approved refunds are issued as store credit
• Store credit validity and usage timeline will be communicated individually
• Store credit can be used to purchase products again from Anra Organics
